I've really been dropping the ball lately when it comes to being a bloggy kind of person. However, there's good reason and I'll be back on track eventually, which I've no doubt mentioned too often already. In the absence of something more interesting to talk about, this week will be about future plans for this thing you're reading.

Sorry to say that another week has gone by without any gaming posts, and it's entirely because I've been spending so much time on other things. So let's take a little stock, as I have a few thoughts and developments to share.
This week's entry will be pretty short. I don't have a lot to show for the time and I don't have much to rant on about like usual. Instead I figured I'd just show some before and after shots to illustrate some more of the process.
I'm going to blame the holiday season for my lack of content this week. However, I do have a couple of photos to show y'all, so let's have a look and a chat about that instead.
The doodles went a little weird this week, but I'm kind of digging it. After all, I was going to talk about why I choose to focus on certain subjects, so it's the perfect time to change. I usually avoid trying to justify anything I draw simply for the sake of it, but hopefully we can avoid any amount of artist wank-speak along the way.
Last time I mentioned that I'll be changing things up a little to try and up the quantity of doodles in each post. So this week I'm pleased to say that I have twelve new doodles, as well as a little bit of discussion on how they came about.
Tap tap tap.
Every now and then I get a bit of feedback about something I've been working on and it makes me think a bit about how others perceive what I only know from the inside. I love getting feedback, but it always amazes me how often the focus is put on the final product instead of the process. It's why I know I'm a bit more obsessed with process than end results, but there are some interesting points to consider.
I actually made myself late with this post, even though I have everything ready to go. I figured it would be nice to change up the header image for year 2, just to set things apart. Turns out that it takes a while to place every doodle I've posted so far onto a single canvas. The outcome's pretty cool though, even if I say so myself.
I'm at a bit of a loss when thinking about a theme for this week's post, as it's been a long and busy week. At the same time I've had a fairly pleasurable week on account of picking up some new music, which I find always inspires creativity. So maybe that's something to talk about…
Nonsense is a pretty common theme in life at the best of times. As humans there are a lot of behaviours and norms that can always be attributed to nonsense, on account of there being little reasoning behind most of what we do. Of course there's fabricated reasoning if you look at absolute universal truths and it's entirely subjective to what you believe, but even this subjectivity could be seen as lacking in sense.
